Eddy Lacy Weight Loss: Relation between Height and Weight

Are you inspired by Eddie Lacy weight loss success and want to follow suit? If you do, you probably have to find someone who is willing to give you extra money as the incentive for your weight loss goal. Eddie Lacy’s success in losing weight is caused by his determination to do well in his performance but then again, it doesn’t hurt to have an extra boost – especially the fun and the profitable one.

Eddie Lacy Height
Lacy has a standard height, around 5 feet 11 inches tall – around 180 cm. And he started off his career weight around 230-ish pounds, which was considered ideal. But he then gained weight, leading to 267 pounds in total. With the height and the weight, he wasn’t looking so big or so overweight, really. The problem arose when Lacy was considered lacking in performance due to his weight. As a professional NFL player, you need to have a tough and buff body shape but then again, you also need to watch your consumption and calories – something that Lacy forgot doing. He probably thought that a little extra Chinese food won’t hurt no one but you know the fact, right? The food can be so tasty and yet so greasy and packed with fat – it is probably one of the secret ingredients that make the food yummy.  But after a talk with the coach and the promise of getting the bonus, the so called Eddie Lacy weight loss program has started – and it is a good thing that it shows quite a positive result.

So far, Lacy has dropped more than 10 pounds – starting out with 267 pounds and currently weigh 253 pounds. He still has to lose up to 245 pounds, which would be his target, and he would be able to enjoy a total of almost $300,000 from the weight loss bonus.
